Each of the 12 pavilions carries a mix of rate-card spaces — from a KES 45,000 starter pod to a premium 6m x 6m island. Choose a pavilion, click a free space on the plan and reserve it. All fees exclude 16% VAT.

Commercial incentives
- •Early commitment: 10% discount for signed contracts and 50% deposits received by 30 November 2026.
- •Women-owned micro-enterprise allocation: limited subsidised pods, subject to selection and sponsor support.
- •Multiple-space discount: 7.5% on three or more standard booth equivalents booked by one organisation.
- •Pavilion group booking: associations and counties may negotiate a coordinated block of six or more booths.
Charged separately
Custom stand design and fabrication; additional furniture; dedicated internet; high-load power; refrigeration; audiovisual equipment; rigging; storage; accommodation; transport; cleaning beyond the standard service; licences and statutory permits.

Booking terms
- •Space is reserved only after acceptance of the booking form and receipt of the required deposit.
- •Recommended payment schedule: 50% deposit on booking and balance by 15 February 2027.
- •Bookings made after 15 February 2027 should be paid in full.
- •Allocation is subject to pavilion suitability, availability and organiser approval.
- •Exhibitors must comply with venue, safety, branding, food-handling and operating regulations.
- •Cancellation, substitution, force-majeure and liability provisions are governed by the final exhibitor contract.
